1990 penny with the 0 on 1990 pretty much not there but a light outline of it. Would this be worth keeping? What would the value of something like this be? Thanks.

Please, when you take your pics take closeups of the areas you have a question about. That helps us see what you're seeing.

@rb3, this is a fine example of a Struck Through Grease cent, so you could keep it until you have a better example. Unless more of the design elements are missing, I don't think that it is worth over face value.

You keep asking us for values. We rarely know values. It is best to learn to use ebay's sold listings to assign monetary value. I agree with the above, a minor Greaser.

Yup! Grease is the word ................... is the word .................... is the word. From the movie of the same name. Song by The Allen Starr Musical Theatre.

It could be a combination. Neither has a premium. But grease maybe the issue or Ridge Ring may be affecting the die. As mentioned not a premium, but a combination of the two could affect the die to strike a coin/s like this. If it is Ridge Ring, then it would continue to strike examples like this and get worse. But if it is grease, then the grease could be removed the continue to strike normal dates. But on the opposite edge you can see the Ridge Ring has already started affecting this die.
