AU58 as is.

A Jeweluster dip, or "professional" conservation/cleaning might benefit this coin.

well, I'm going with EF-45 based on the photo's but one would have to see it in person.

Your Uncle (I believe that's who you said left them) sure did have a keen eye for big dog coins!
I'll say AU58 maybe in hand with a little bit of luster MS62.

lighting is a little much washing out the surfaces a little to determine originality. the reverse strike is a little weak for this year. based on the photos I'm closer to AU55 than 58 on this one due to the reverse strike, eye appeal and less luster than I would lie to see on a 58
