Hi all, I was separating change when I threw a quaterbover to the quarter pile and heard a distinctively different flat cland when it hit the hard counter. It's a 2019 d guam has anyone ever heard of a silver or silver clad error?

@cecil, I agree that knowing the weight should allow us to make a determination as to what you have there.

I believe the weight was around 5.7 it was fairly close to another Guam quarter just sounded like silver when it hits the counter as for the mint mark it is a d That's why I thought it could be an error if it was silver plated and I tried to post photos of the obverse and reverse but I can't seem to get the photos any smaller than two or three megabytes so I haven't been able to post them I'm going to try and figure it out but I'm not home yet and as soon as I get there I will reweigh it and update you

Here is a link to the free CCF photo optimizer which should solve that problem:

Should weigh 5.7 grams. Photos could be better, but "looks" like a clad coin not silver. You might try the tissue test?
