Me... I'm looking forward to new Peace dollars, I'll get a Morgan or 2 but I really want the Peace dollars, I'll try to collect all even the 2021 enhanced super reverse proof that is only limited to 2021 coins As far as the quarters, I stopped collecting them long time ago, yes I do have a State Quarter album and a somewhat half done ATB album, but I only put them in if I get them from circulation. I would do the 2021 Washington Crossing the Delaware in Silver and I would get the 2026 set in Silver Proof, but in 2026 it will probably be $999 considering the way the mint is raising prices.

H.R. 1923, the Circulating Collectible Coin Redesign Act of 2020, has been passed by Congress and was just signed by the President. This makes the "Washington crossing the Delaware" quarter a one-year-only design (2021) and then, in 2022 through 2025, there will be up to 5 reverse designs per year depicting prominent women. Then, in 2026, there will be 5 quarter designs in celebration of the Semiquincentennial (250th anniversary) of the U.S.A., and all other circulating coins (cent, 5-cent, dime, half dollar and dollar) will have a redesign of their obverse and reverse for that one year only. Then, in 2027 through 2030, there will be up to 5 quarter reverse designs per year depicting youth sports, and also one reverse design of Paralympic sports on half dollars annually for 2027 through 2030. https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th...923/text/rfs

Yea, I'm in the camp the State Quarters were so cool. I worked in a grocery store in the checkstandback then so it was really cool to hunt for them in change from customers. I had collected the state maps etc, but once the ATB came out the shear volume and number of coins to collect became overwhelming to me. So I popped them all out and deposited them. I too wish for the simplicity of the eagle reverse to return. Don't even get me started on the size of the proof sets!! Hahaha what used to be 6 coins has exploded into these huge boxes of insanity. LOL

I like the "Washington Crossing the Delaware" design for the 2021 quarter. I think there should be 1 new design each year going forward, not 5 like it has been for the past 20+ years. One per year, like the Native American dollar, is enough. I also wish they would start the one per year on the half dollar right away. Why wait until 2027? And while they are at it, why not one per year on the dime also. The dime hasn't changed at all in 75 years! Boring!

I do like the idea, one design per year for all denominations. However... Quote: why not one per year on the dime also. ... the lack of real estate on the dime is probably going to keep it from getting any meaningful design changes.
