I'm trying to figure out if this is from PMD or it's a DDR. Can anyone please help me identify the culprit?

Wexler has several listed on this site for that date/mint/state on that area.

Check to see if you can find a match there or not? But all of his are raised from the fields, not actually on the feathers that I can tell. So check this link to see if you find a match? (this might be MD?)

This is the affected area.

The marks on the feathers are not part of the DDR, that is MD. But MD can happen on a DDR also. I'm just not seeing that in your images.

I realize looking back at my pictures that it's a horrible light angle. When I was looking at the pictures on wexler's I had the coin in my hand and was doing the comparison looking for the markers and everything.

I hope this helps you see it better.

It does appear to be from that die.
