Appears to be broadstruck as well? Will see when I receive it. One of my favorite parts about this coin is the weakness on the reverse because of the lack of striking pressure from the hammer die.

This a collectible MAD coin, not an off center coin. Note the reverse is normal. The obverse is showing the devices fall over the edge. Nice find.
