This incredible Trade dollar is a pristine Superb Gem with satin mint luster that shines through its thick teal, rose, and gold toning, generating an incredible cartwheel effect. The surfaces are pristine and virtually mark free. From The Greensboro Collection, Part VII.

No doubt that this is an amazing coin. Obviously a strong strike, very high grade and the almighty green bean. I'm sure this is one that looks much better in person. Toned coins often look bad in photos. This one reminds me of a culture I'd find in our micro lab...

The images really don't show the eye appeal I'd expect from an MS-68 coin. It also looks like there are hits on the 7 in the date and on the mintmark. I'm sure it's an amazing piece in-hand but seems like the photos aren't doing it justice.

Sorry to say but not impressed with the current appearance of this coin.
Doesn't look MS at all. More like high AU.

I hate to say it, not a chop mark fan.
