Your first coin was minted in Baghdad (Madinat es-Salam) in what I'm pretty sure is AH 218. There's a chance it could be 228. The second one appears to be Baghdad as well, AH 191. The reason it is important to always show both sides is that there can be clues on the reverse to the reading of the obverse.
