1998 Off Center Strike With Maybe A Cud

I have found a few Cuds over the years roll searching but never found an off center strike as good as this one. I didn't thorougly think it through before asking about a Cud on this one (I now know better....lol). Also, meant to ask, what's your opinion on the offset? I'm thinking in the 10-15% range just by eyeballing it. It's also a plus that the date is still clearly visible. Thanks again for taking a look!!
