Here's a pretty cool one I found in a bank roll. A nice off centered strike and is that a small Cud or just some folded metal from a Rim Fin?

A Cud is a die event, so it can't happen where the coin wasn't struck.
That's a beautiful off center, though!

Thanks Numisma. I wasn't really sure about the Cud thing but took a pic of that area anyway. That makes total sense now that I think about it. I appreciate it.

That's a find I haven't encounter yet from any banks.

Great score!

Nice find! I've always wanted to catch an off center strike out in the wild.

As others have pointed out, Cud is not possible, but an excellent find none the less. I have not found an off-center coin in the wild yet.

Thank you all for the recent replies and comments, I appreciate it. I have found a few Cuds over the years roll searching but never found an off center strike as good as this one. I didn't thorougly think it through before asking about a Cud on this one (I now know better....lol). Also, meant to ask, what's your opinion on the offset? I'm thinking in the 10-15% range just by eyeballing it. It's also a plus that the date is still clearly visible. Thanks again for taking a look!!
