1973 D Dime Possibly Stamped

I will describe the things I see on each picture
In the first picture I posted I see Shadow around face.And probably just normal words.LIBERTY.
In the second picture, after washing coin with mild soap and water the dime looked the same. I looked at it under a magnifying glass and while looking at it I saw the coloring was a penny color.Kinda sparkle. The darker colors when turning coin back on heads side the color was located on the same area.Sorry had to fix 2nd picture to its right size. And it came out like this.

Looks like some sort of environmental damage.
Not sure what you mean by possibly stamped.
In any case it is not an error as it could not have
happened during the striking of the coin.

Posted photos are a little dark and rather soft--difficult to see what may be happening. Consider posting new, large and sharp (and well-lit) images. Thanks.

Sharper images would help, but guessing this is just some sort of staining.

NEVER clean your coins. It destroys any numismatic value your coin may have had.
