1824/4 Capped Bust Half Dollar Type2?

Minnimarine Pillar of the Community United States 721 Posts	Posted 07/04/2021 02:09 am Picked this up for $30. I noticed the filler, and then the date. It looks 4/4 to me. The top left of the four, and the bottom right of the four on the date. Am I on the money, or are my eyes playing a horrible trick on me? Thank you! Report this Post to the Staff

I'd leave it as-is--this coin has been well-loved and the plug is just part of that history.
