Any ideas on how to grade this? Should I try submitting to ANACS or NGC before PCGS?

Dramatic off center stuck coins are so cool. Especially a Jefferson for my liking.
My favorite album!

Very nice example, but I agree it is not worth getting graded.

When an error is obvious, I see no reason to have it slabbed, unless it is worth more than $150 or an high grade coin. I had ones of this denominations brothers.
