I found this 1963 Nickel with what looks like an extra line under the Moticello building. Can anyone let me know what it is?

The obverse look like it has some damage/corrosion on it.

that's Machine Doubling on Monticello, quite common during that era

Also seen on Monticello as well. Looks like obverse issues on this coin as well. (Not sure of the cause, but not a good coin to keep.
