I have never seen a penny like this its size is not of a regular penny, its actually about the size of a dime.
It has a thick rim and the lettering on the coin actually touch the rim.
Can anyone help?

Not an error. It is damage, with one possibility being a " dryer coin". These are not uncommon.

. I agree, PMD. Either a dryer coin or a small chance a spooned coin.

Not an error.
As mentioned, it is a dryer coin which is considered damage.

Damaged coin. Even it is was a variety, it would be a cull coin. When you see damage, toss it and go to the next coin. Save your your eyes.
