I have many other War Nickels however this one is in particularly good shape. The obverse sides planchet is smooth however as you can see in the photo, the side with Jefferson is almost wavy ?

This is a 1945 War Nickel with a P stamp.

Given the single photo posted, I'm seeing a circulated, somewhat soiled '45 nickel. No error that I can discern. Better photos may be needed show what you believe is an error.

You don't see the streaks on it? I have another 1945 P and D, both worn much more than this however do not have any streaks or wavy look to them. Only this is the only coin I've seen this on. Just not sure what would cause it

Just silver toning on the coin. (part silver coin) The War time nickels can tone like like) Lamination can also happen on them:

Please always post both sides of your coin (even if it's uneventful to you), and please always post the date and denomination in your title for us (Titles are important!). Thanks.

A lot of War Nickels toned this way because the new alloy mix was poorly tested and the ratios of elements could be inconsistent across the planchet.

I think it is a lamination issue. Looks grainy (like a woodie) The one I have is a 1943 P and some minor lamination separations in 4 or 5 spots. I still like it.
