I noticed something off and looked it up. DDR and DDO and DD on INITAILS. Take me a minute to figure out what was really off on the OBVERSE. I took about 50 pictures I will not upload them all. There is so many things I seen its wild. I thought the initials was great and all but the head that one floored me. I hope I named it right.

***** THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS PLEASE.*****
The correct abbreviation and/or name of it.
***** LASTLY IS IT A HOLD ON TO OR GRADE IT *****
Thank you, Dawn

1st the obverse. I am not sure why the picture shows a rose type color. Just looking at it its a pretty shine silver. Two eyes, DDO, Washington's head both directions.

Now the reverse.

Thank you Dawn

Your coin appears to have a combination of Strike Doubling (or MD), Die Deterioration Doubling, a die chip, and some PMD to throw in the mix. This is a normal Quarter and not worth grading. I would hang onto it as a very good example of these issues but they are not worth a premium.

Agree with B-kin. The 'rose color' in some of the posted images is the result of lighting used in the photography and the white balance your camera is set at. Nice close=up by-the-way.

On the reverses of the ATB Quarters on the devices on the outer ring areas, these are incuse devices. Machine Doubling affects the incuse devices Before/during/after the the strike. On these incuse devices even the slightest movement of the machine alters the devices with Machine Doubling. This happens minor to huge on 70% of the coins. The incuse devices are raised on the die. But none of the DDR's are listed on this area. All are Machine Doubling the DDR's on the dies are in the central areas of the design only. None on the out devices. Just Machine Doubling and die wear affects the outer devices away from the centers of the design.

But check to see where to look on the designs as they vary from design to design on the reverses:

Obverses are the earlobes and the motto areas for the States and the ATB Quarters:

Note on the earlobes, the affected areas are raised. Either above the devices or above the fields. If they appear flat, then it is Machine Doubling affecting that edge of the devices.

Not checking what to look for on these will always leave you out of the loop. But the central areas is where to spot them. So check to see what to look for before you waste you time on what is not a DDO or DDR on these designs.
