1994 DDR / Phantom Lincoln?

Hello, coin community! I found this 1994 penny, and it looks like there's a second Lincoln in the bay immediately to the right of the normal Lincoln. Has anyone ever seen something like this?

I see what you are thinking, but I believe there is just staining that appears to be in a shape similar to Abe's statue. There is nothing in the minting process that would duplicate the statue in an adjacent bay, so no mint error, just what I think is a stain.

I agree with @merc that this looks like surface toning/staining that is vaguely shaped like the outline of Abe.
