1997 P Roosevelt Dime That Appears To Have A Matte Finish?

Ham and Egger Valued Member United States 86 Posts	Posted 10/31/2021 10:29 am OK so I have a 1997 P Dime that looks as if it has a Matte type finish.Bear in mind here the lighting for these pics is sub par, the coin shows no signs of environmental damage. My off the cuff response is mild acid damage due to how the whole surface appears to have little pits all over it.
