EF-45 sounds right, but wondering about the lighter area in the right obverse field - almost looks like an old attempt to remove something.

If I were submitting this...my paperwork would say EF-40...But when I opened it up and pulled it out...a 45 would be on it : )

I think the big hits keep it to a 35. May very well be in a 40 holder.
