I dont have another one to compare to right now, but I am thinking that the tops of the o's in "HOOD" are lookin a little weird. Am I right? What would cause this? Thanks for looking and any thoughts!!

I believe those O's are either a normal part of the design to look like that, or they both took hits. I don't have experience with quarter designs but I think it's PMD.

I'm in agreement, *maybe* slight Machine Doubling, but that's about it. A fairly normal looking quarter.
