I'd say MS-63, possibly FH, although better pictures would be helpful.

Nice head. Difficult to judge surface authenticity. Based on these poor pics I would have to say AU details.

I'm still at MS-63. The dark spot on the leg does not appear to be wear but most likely discoloration from improper storage before it made it to the slab.
