shape doesn't look the same.
1Do-007 also shows die scratches on the reverse.

I see no listing for this one. Might be a new one, but it seems the doubled lid should be taller. But the marks on the hair are interesting. You might check with Wexler's site to see what he thinks?

It's different from cc's 007 and any listing on any site but do think it's a DDO. Maybe look closer at all the other devices to see if there is any slight doubling anywhere else. I'm wondering about the so called "doubling" above the hair now on the 007, with your pic of the same, it's making wonder if it's something else. I have occasional contact with Bob, the one who attributed 007. I'll touch base with him and ask his opinion or you could send it directly to him at VV (Coneca), for attribution. -makecents-

Curious as to why it is that the RED label [for the 1953 proof cent] is essentially channeling but comes with a premium and FS designation but, channeling on the business strike does not.

The powers that be.... I have a couple of raw ones that need cleaned up a little but are MS. You can go on the bay, pretty much anytime and find them unattributed and slabbed in MS grade. Way to common for an FS label. -makecents-

Okay so even though the eyelid is doubled on here it's not a DDO. |

Yours is more than likely class 4 doubling and would be in the same direction. If you had other doubling, it would be heading north and slightly east, the same as your doubled eyelid. The only thing I see in the new pics is maybe a little inside the G, moving in the same direction but not sure. Sometimes you can see slight doubling just above the T's in trust or slight doubling above or inside the date, once again moving in the same direction.
