Better pictures of both the front and the back, along with an accurate weight of the coin, would be most helpful in helping us to help you.

But most of all: What do YOU think may be wrong with the coin to make it worth more than face value?

But, Obverse does appear to be a Misaligned Die. MAD.

It may also be an off centre strike but need photos of both sides to say for sure.
Always show both sides of the coin when posting, sometimes it is important.
