Just by luck I realized that this piece happend to have 2 countermarks on both sides. Interesting these have 2 marks on the side. But it is common for this pieces. I though about shroff marks first but not applicable to this one
Those paulownia stamps are mint marks. Each regional mints have a different design but I think yours is a standard production from the central Shogunate mint. You can counter check with this Japanese website. http://kosenmaru.sub.jp/tenpo8.html
