It doesn't look harshly cleaned, but there appears to be some unusual colors on the coin. Maybe a dip and retone? There is some yellow woodgrain on the reverse.

I don't agree with the "UNC" part of "UNC DETAILS". This is a circulated coin.

I'm on the fence on whether it was cleaned or not. but it could be uncirculated, maybe we are just seeing handling damage at the mint as the cin ws passing through the bins, boxes, and bags .. |
