1960 D 1c With Unusual Die Break?

After looking a little closer and thinking about it, the more logical answer is that the inside of the 9 broke off of the die. Has anyone seen this before? Any opinions? Ozzy5150 Valued Member United States 82 Posts	Posted 07/04/2022 7:23 pm Thanks guys, I wasn't well read on the specifics of cuds, die breaks, and die chips. I guess this is considered an interior die break. Cuds are obviously only die breaks that encompass a portion of the rim. I've seen some "filled" dates but nothing quite like this one.
