Between the B & E in LIBERTY. I don't think it is a clash. Nothing on the reverse. Any ideas? Looks like a letter to me. Inverted, reveresed and smaller font "D" under the B and over E in LIBERTY. Is this possible or is this my imagination?

Thanks for looking.
