Hey all,

Looking for outside feedback and if this is damage or something that happened at the mint. It looks like it's melted but I weighed it and included a picture and it shows it weighs a normal 3.1 grams, so unsure what to make of it.

Yes that plus a newer scratch, perhaps from a staple on the reverse. No numismatic premium, but perhaps one for the oddities pile.
