@boss, rather than making us guess what you think might be wrong, can you please just tell us what you are seeing. For example, do you mean that the rim is slightly thinner at the top of the coin vs. the bottom? Or maybe something else? Thx.

I'm with Spence, as of now, I just see a circulated coin, with nothing that stands out. Maybe some clear, closeups and explanation of what you are seeing.

Perhaps if you show a photo of the reverse instead of two
of the obverse, there might be something there.

The obverse is showing a minor misaligned die--really doesn't add any value in this instance.
