Found this suspected 1991? Lincoln Penny, which if looked closely enough you'll notice several letters and or numbers haven't been stamped very well. Would thus be considered a grease stamped? Now onto the word "LIBERTY", is this the infamous BIE error. Now onto the reverse side, is the word "CENT" be doubling? Also what would be the value if placed upon this coin? Again thanks everyone in advance for helping establish an idea with this coin.

I think it is a 1991. It is a Struck Through Grease.I do not think it is a BIE,it looks like a gas bubble. Cent is a plating issue.

Looks like a mixture of grease-filled die issues on the obverse, and perhaps some Die Deterioration on the reverse. All seasoned with circulation dings/hits.
