Slight MAD strike - Rim Fin - Yes. Not seeing any DDO / DDR though. as mentioned maybe master die doubling on it, which means that EVERY single coin will have the doubling, thus making it worthless. |

I'm with Cujohn.
The MD is strong on CENT.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

These are common striking events. Post strike, the damage happens because of the machine looseness of the dies. So it is altered it less than the second it took to be struck. No premium for these.

Thanks for the input, I did check those sites before I posted here, but still wasn't sure. Also this coin is 19.2 mm in diameter, 1.7 mm thick and weighs 3.15g... which is a little large right? Does that change anything?    |

Weight should be 3.1 +/- .12. John1  ( I'm no pro, it's just my humble opinion )

Ok, how about the diameter and thickness? Is there an acceptable variance limit for those? Only asking because I really don't know.

All are in the permitted parameters. The thickness is took with a Micrometer and not with a caliper. Your coin is SD ( Strike Doubling) due to the age of the Die. No error or variety here. NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. FIRST THEY WILL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL. THEN, THEY WILL BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Seems a bit out of tolerance. Seeing the double rim on both obverse and reverse with the spread in opposite directions. Makes me ponder about Wide Collar issues. Thanks, Doug. https://www.error-ref.com/wide-collar/ |

I recommend that all the words you used in your title you look up in the CCF glossary and learn what they mean. It will give you a better understanding what these terms mean instead of shooting in the dark. Some Machine Doubling noted, but that's about it.  ça va bien aller
