This coin was struck with brain new Die from the newer Hub of 1977. What it is interesting for me it is the Anvil move and not the Hammer. Some toning from the storage. I think you has to go to error-ref.com and refresh your knowledge on this topic and also how the die struck and what struck on a planchet. This was a new pair of Dies use.
