From what I can see, it looks normal.

Thank you Mr. Dearborn for your opinion! I compare this coin with many others 2019 Texas quarter and definitely it doesn't look the same, I dont know if I did a good job with the photo, but I will upload some from my microscope later.& & &

Certainly a DDO. Most noticeable in the right arm of the Y being thicker than the left, but thickness and distortion seems to be visible on most of the letters of IGWT as well. This would probably best be demonstrated side-by-side with a normal coin.

Nice photos, it does look like doubling in the areas Tanman2001 mentioned.

Thank you tanman2001! Yes it is as you said, I think it also have something going on on the R T and Y as well of liberty in the lower area on the left side, I can see that very well under my microscope.

On the Motto areas they DDO are seen more. The difference? Note the distortion of the motto that shows on a DDO quarter. Create a side by side of those devices to see of there is spread present on your coin. If maybe a DDO on that area. Liberty will often just be normal on these doubled dies. Side by sides show you the differences of spread/normal questions. Always compare with coins from the same designs. Thus it will show what is normal and if it is a doubled die or not.

Thank you CoinHI! I think certainly is DDO as tanman2001 mentioned because I compare with so many others coins from 2019 texas quarter, and definitely something is going on with this one.

Making side by sides and checking listings, (Non yet for that year/mint) making images of normal and this coin, the devices are very close to normal. I think the flattening of the devices are leading us a stray:

Quote: the devices are very close to normal. I think the flattening of the devices are leading us a stray: I disagree. I don't think those lines are perfectly aligned to the devices. The glare and shadows on the PCGS image make it difficult to see the edge of the devices. Besides, normal circulation flattening can't explain the uneven distortion of the vices. The extra thickness is clearly in a NW/SE direction. It looks just like any other ATB DDO with thickness on IGWT and LIBERTY. It especially looks similar to 2017-P 25¢ NJ WDDO-001.

Looks like a DDO to me. As Tanman says not a very big spread, but it's there on the motto and the Y. I'm sure I would have seen it, but I better go back and check mine just to be sure.
