I always start with attribution when reviewing a subject coin; had the Dealer done that I am guessing he wouldn't have listed it:







Not even close to a genuine 1805 Half Cent variety; I sent the seller a message but no response so far...

The date looks pretty fishy without even attributing it, and where are the obverse denticles? Shame on the dealer.

He is a good dealer, has a massive amount of inventory hence his poor choice for the lack of communication.

Yes. huge good dealer- this one got past him. I did try a couple of messages but weekends can be tough to get responses. I do not want someone falling for this though- bad initiation for anyone...
