PCGS - Three clips. Two errors. One coin. This Bicentennial Quarter from 1976, minted in Philadelphia, was produced 15% off-center on a planchet that was triple-clipped - a remarkable double error that turns a well-known design into a rare collectible. That looks really nice for an MS-60. Maybe they assumed the portions of the coin missing were "baggy",knocking it down from MS-62/3.
