I show you this 1923 Peace dollar from Philadelphia mint that I got today. I still don't know much about these coins and I haven't been able to locate it in VAM, but I have noticed in a first observation that this coin seems that in addition to having a double neck, the tip of the neck itself completely crosses the 9 of the date. What do you think of this?

As far as I know, the neck point intersects the 9 in the date all the time. That feature at the date looks more consistent with a strike-thru than post mint damage...

Murasama, the tip of the bust should touch the 9 but not cross it. What is the weight, and is it magnetic? I ask because I have a fake 1923 Peace dollar which I obtained 20 years ago. It is underweight and magnetic, and a very poor counterfeit.

Well seen, it could be a strike...thanks for the answer.
The coin isn't magnetic...

It's a normal 1923 Peace dollar with PMD.
