Left serial number has a very under inked (?) 2nd digit. Paper doesn't look like someone has messed with it. Is this a thing? Have seen a couple examples with the same digit missing from both serial numbers but not really any when it is just one.

Not my area,PPD=post printing damage. Looks "fuzzy" around the digit. Let's wait for Steve.

If there's no sign of abrasion or any other funny business, then I would label it as a moderately under inked digit. Cool find albeit on a well circulated note.

No signs of abrasion as far as I can tell, but will look at it more in detail a bit later. Got to take them as they come. Thanks!
