Sorry for the bad pix. These are the sellers'.
Listed at $60. Thoughts? I have it at F15. Price does seem to be a bit steep.

I'd say F-12, attractive and original, but definitely pricy for a common date Morgan.

Yes, in the F range. Sixty is a tad high, I think.

I'm with Coinfrog. Reverse might be F12 but the Obverse looks VG10 at best. Looks like a solid rim hit at 3:00 as well.

Your F15 estimate is 5 points high. It's a $35 coin at retail.

Offer was accepted. Let's see what the coin looks like in-hand.
I will make new photographs as well.

That seems to be the NumisMedia estimate.
I was using the PCGS reference. Unless that is wrong?

The PCGS price guide generally refers to PCGS-graded coins, although it's doubtful there are many 1896-O Morgans in this grade that have been graded by PCGS. This one is much more attractive than your average VG/F coin, so I wouldn't worry about being a little on the high side here.

Really sweet circulation cameo! I approve. I'd buy it around $35-$40 if I needed one, but if I buy more Morgan dollars my shelves are going to groan in protest.

The reverse is stronger but I think this will top out at VG-10.
