Hello Everyone, I pulled this 2019 West Point American Memorial Quarter while Coin Roll Hunting (CRH). It appears it could be a strikethrough error or something else. It feels raised except for the very top of the anomaly. So maybe not a strikethrough, maybe something on the die its self? Maybe its just a bad planchet? Please let me know what you think.

Well if it is raised, then it definitely isn't a strike-through. It might be a bit of dried adhesive or the like. Pls give this coin a bath in pure acetone then air dry to see if the anomaly separates from the coin.

Thanks Spence, its not dried adhesive, its had its acid tone bath and its still there. When I use my finger nail I can feel it bump across the anomaly but I cannot tell if its raised or not. its so tiny. I know its not a big issue just tying to figure out what caused it. I can tell you for sure it is not any kind of glue/adhesive or tape. Plus being on a West Point Quarter it would be nice to be a true error. Just not sure on this one.

I'm thinking strike through with a die chip on the top.
