I am trying to learn more about full bands for dimes , do you think that this is considered as a full band ? Thx for help

Hard to tell with image. An in focus image without glare would get you a more definitive answer.

but I do not see full bands on it.

I see at least 2 points where then are not separated

you bet.

It does not take much to make a merc dime to not be a full band coin, anything that hits the torch and creates a line or impact mark will stop it from being FB.
