Coin was sold as BU, but I would call it a relatively attractive AU/XF with some small condition issues. Die gouge above the dot separating Of and America is present. Report this Post to the Staff

Greasy Fingers Pillar of the Community United States 7008 Posts	Posted Yesterday 12:23 am Myself, a few minutes in acetone and then an airtite. I "played" @ with this type of corrosion on an early Unc Jeff nickel (along the rim and between the devices) once the corrosion was removed, I didn't like the look that was under it. (looked rusty and black) Can't remember if I spent it or if it's in one of my "misc. coin" jars. Report this Post to the Staff
