scott3270 Pillar of the Community United States 1116 Posts	Posted 07/16/2009 9:37 pm thank god I thought I messed up again how rare is a 20 degree rotation it don't sound like that is much. i am pretty excited even if it is not worth much because this is really the first time I have ever found something like this. my grandfather has bags and rolls of unc State Quarters that I never looked at. for some reason I looked at a Delaware roll and found this. I think it's time to pull all the bags and rolls out and have a look. Report this Post to the Staff
