1969-D Lincoln Cent - Floating Roof - Grease Error?

The post I made ( https://goccf.com/t/248881 ) had the good folks here leaning towards an overpolished die. Interesting that is was one year apart and from the same mint. I wonder if it was the same die used for the obverse the following year? I think it is neat to see someone with a coin that has the same characteristics of a coin I have, and it makes me wonder about how deeply the connection between the two coins goes. Yes, it does appear to be the same RDV-002 for both the 1969D and 1970D. It has the Wide AM in America. My FG is barely visible (Is this a Grease Error?)
