I had this Lincoln Cent for quite sometime, just need some advice.

Please show the entire coin, obv. & rev. Would like to see the Blakesley Effect.

I think I can see a tiny part of what is potentially the Blakesley effect on the bottom left part of the coin, but yes full pictures of the entire coin are needed!

It might be a legitimate Clip, but as said before, we'll need full obverse and reverse pictures and a picture of the clipped area.

You have a curved clip cent. Strange it was in circulation that long in circulation to show coin wear. Most times they are snagged the first time out in the wild.

Thanks, as mentioned had it with me quite some time, haven't had time to post on a forum that have coin collectors that are knowledgeable,friendly, and willing to give honest opinions. Again thanks you. I believe I found my coin collectors forum.

looks good to me! in case you were wondering for future reference, the blakesley effect is a weakness in the rim directly opposite the clipped area. on your coin you can see how the rim flattens out slightly directly across from your clip and on both sides. you can find more information in the glossary on this site.

I collect Canadian errors and clipped coins and I sure don't have any as old as this. nice find!
