We could help you better if you could give us better pictures: in focus and cropped.

The bust looks as though it might be Claudius II Gothicus (268-270 AD), but sharper photos are needed for identification.

A bit too blurry for a solid attribution, but I agree with Paul that it is almost certainly Claudius Gothicus. Reverse could be Fides standing with a roman standard (FIDES MILIT, FIDES EXERCIT etc), but without a good photo, it is impossible to say.
