Looks like a die chip on the bow tie and a pre-cud below the bust.

This coin is from the same die as Cohen Index 56-T22. This die chip is one of 41 "DIE BREAKS AT TIE" listed in the 1969 edition of "THE CLASSIFICATION AND VALUE OF ERRORS ON THE Lincoln Cent" by Jean Cohen. I listed the Pre Cud as PC-1c-1956-10 and because the die chip is in an unusual location I listed it as IDB-1c-1956-07.
