Planchet Error Blank On Both Sides - Is There A Market For This?

Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 02/07/2020 2:03 pm Yep! It's a type II planchet. That means the coin made it through the upsetting mill, but was never struck. You can tell it's a type II by the small raised rim. If were a type 1, also known simply as a blank, it would be flat across the face on both sides.
