Hi everyone ,

So I was looking through all of my paper money and I came across this 2007 1 dollar bill with the serial number being 86000000 . I have never came across 6 exact same numbers let alone 6 same numbers in a row, and on top of that the 6 same numbers is 0..... Anyone out there who could possible tell me if this note is worth more then face value due to this special serial number?

I also came across a 20 dollar bill with serial number 80007787 I cant remember if 3 of same numbers in serial special or not ?

*** Edited by Staff to remove YELLING. All capital letters is the internet version of yelling. Please do not do it in titles or posts. ***

Welcome to CCF.

You can spend the $20. There is no such thing as a 2007 $1 FRN. The serial number is interesting but condition also factors in so please post some photos.

Hello thank you for responding, also for bringing the 2007 to my attention it is in fact a 2017. I apologise for using all caps I did not realize it was considered yelling. Below you will see a upload pic of the 2017 dollar with serial number 86000000.

Aha! Nice note, a keeper for sure. I'll let Steve comment on the value.

.... to the Community!

I'd estimate the value to be just a few dollars over face value.

I agree but will add, if you also had the preceding note D85999999A, that would be a really cool pair.

-plus, it would be even sweeter to snag the 69th note afterwards if you had access to a run of 70+ notes (to make a terrific trio)!
