Is This Considered A Die Dent? (1974 D Quarter)

The reverse has a raised area at about 6 o'clock too. * Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. The coin is not mine and the photos are second-hand, so I'm sorry but this is probably the best I can manage. The reverse is not indented at the same spot as the obverse bump.
