Have a 1998 Lincoln Penny Error - Found in my pocket. Do not know if it is an error and would like some help.

OH. and it's that thing over the second 9 in 1998 and if you see any other errors.

Push down on it with a toothpick. If it sinks it is just a gas bubble.

Not an error, looks like a plating blister.
Very common on zincoins.

Likely a plating bubble--some can be depressed, a few cannot.
